And the big one…
Was always going to be a toss up between Witcher 3 and Metal Gear Solid 5 for Game of the year, I think the right choice was made. The 2nd chapter of Metal Gear Solid 5 after Kojima’s departure from the game was well and truly felt. That aside Witcher 3 was massive and could suck up hours at a time per sitting. The open world was glorious and always felt like something was right around the corner.
A well deserved win, and pleasant surprise to see Splatoon taking best multiplayer game. Ori getting art direction is the right decision as the game looks beautiful. No Mans Sky help is still very real picking up the most anticipated title of 2016.
